These terms and conditions are based on your shopping and purchase with us, via www.textilediscountoutlet.com. By using this website, accessing information on this website, ordering Product or accepting delivery of Product, it means that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Sales Terms
All fabrics are subject to color variances beyond the control of Textile Discount Outlet. Color on your screen is affected by personal brightness and color settings, which may alter the resolution of our fabrics online. We do not guarantee dye lots.
All sales are final and the minimum yardage to place an order is 1 yard (36 inches) * (as determined by question #1 below)
Special orders are available for any fabric you see online that is low in quantity, or, if you need that style in more than 25 yards. Please contact us directly at lzproducts@aol.com or our Chicago store location, (773) 847-0752.
We aren’t satisfied until you are! For any reason if you are unhappy with your order with reasons that exist outside the outlined terms on textilediscountoutlet.com, please contact us at lzproducts@aol.com so we can find a solution within our policies.
Shipping Terms
Textile Discount Outlet ships to the continental Unites States and US territories. Orders originating from US territories at our Chicago warehouse will be shipped via UPS as selected upon checkout. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling unless otherwise specified by a periodic promotion or special on www.textilediscountoutlet.com . UPS will not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or any major United States/national holidays. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday– Friday. Please allow time for shipping based on preferences. Textile Discount Outlet is not responsible for delays in shipping based on weather conditions. If your order cannot be completed as requested, Textile Discount Outlet will contact you via phone or e-mail.
Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions (see question #9)
Gift Certificates can be used online at www.textilediscountoutlet.com or in store.
Gift Certificates can be sent to a recipients e-mail via form of exclusive discount code, full balance must be redeemed at point of purchase.
Gift Certificates are non refundable and non transferable.
